- If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and YOU must contact courier company within 24 hours of receipt to submit a claim for the damage. Also, contact us to let us know you have submitted a claim with courier company Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.

- Because of size and weight limitations, shipments may arrive in more than one package. Please wait a few days for all units to arrive before communicating with us. The number of packages shipped is indicated on shipping labels and on our invoice.

- Delivery time varies with distance and method of shipment used. Orders placed on the weekends and public holidays will not be shipped until the following Monday/work day. So please take this into consideration when specifying expedited shipping request. If it is necessary to inquire about a delay in the delivery of an order, please state the name and address under which the merchandise was ordered, the date mailed, description of merchandise and any special information which you might think necessary to enable us to trace with the carrier.

- International orders are subject to normal duty and customs clearance charges in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
